Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at HF Fenix Garden. The location was perfect, right across from the metro and close to a bus tour stop, making it super easy to explore Lisbon. My room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the park. The breakfast was really impressive with a wide variety of tasty options. However, the balcony furniture could use some comfort upgrades to really relax after a busy day.
My stay at Hf Fenix Garden had its ups and downs. While the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, I did struggle with noise from the street, making sleep a bit challenging. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby dining options. The service from some staff members was friendly, especially during breakfast, but I did encounter indifference at reception when raising my concerns about noise. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without its flaws.
My stay at HF Fenix Garden was mixed. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially during late hours. I found the staff friendly and breakfast excellent, but the bed was unfortunately hard, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.
During my recent stay at Hf Fenix Garden, I experienced a mix of comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly spacious and undeniably comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights 🌙. The location was also great for exploring Lisbon, just a short walk from the metro and a pleasant stroll to central attractions. However, I did encounter some accessibility challenges with the entrance being somewhat difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. Overall, I'd consider returning but with some reservations.
I had a fantastic stay at HF Fenix Garden. The location was on point, just a short stroll to downtown and right near a metro station. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the breakfast spread was very nice, though I did encounter a little rudeness during one of my mornings. Overall, it was a lovely experience I’d definitely repeat.
